Utilizing creative and professionally aggressive marketing, business development and client penetration strategies in driving market share and profitable revenue growth within an assigned territory. This person will identify and qualify prospective clients and work with Staffing Consultants and Consultants to meet their staffing needs.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting or a related discipline
• 2+ years outside sales experience; preferably service-oriented sales (rather than product sales)

The Consultant is responsible for growing the direct hire business by utilizing creative and professional marketing, business development, and client penetration strategies.
