Back to Top Vacation Pay
Vacation pay is available to employees who have worked at least 1,500 hours during the 52 weeks prior to their anniversary date. Benefits include:
- Forty hours of paid vacation for every 1,500 hours worked during the 52 weeks prior to their anniversary date.
- Rate of pay is the average base rate over the preceding 52 weeks.
- Vacation accrual is based on a rolling 12-month period.
- Accrual for vacation begins the week of you first assignment and accumulates up to your anniversary date.

Acsys offers six paid holidays over the course of the year. These include:

Holiday pay is available to employees who have worked at least 1,300 hours in the 12 months prior to a designated holiday.
You are also required to work the day before and the day after the holiday if the company (client) is open. If a client is closed additional working days, you will have to work the day the client reopens.
Your holiday pay will consist of eight hours at your current pay rate, with a maximum of $600 per holiday.

401(k)
Acsys offers you the opportunity to build your future investments by participating in the Acsys 401(k) savings plan. To participate in the program, you must accumulate six months and 500 hours of service. Details of the plan are provided when you qualify.

Direct Deposit
Acsys offers a time saving benefit for all employees. You may choose to have your payroll check deposited directly into your checking account on payday. To initiate your participation in the direct deposit program, simply complete a direct deposit authorization form and submit it to your local Acsys branch. Initial start up takes two pay cycles, but once you have enrolled your account will stay active, even between assignments.

Referral Incentive
If you refer a new candidate to Acsys who is placed on a direct hire or temporary basis, you are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $200. To qualify for the bonus, your referral must complete 100 days in a direct hire position or 160 hours on a temporary assignment within a 90-day period, commencing with the date of the first assignment. All referred candidates must qualify within the first year of registering with Acsys.
